What Handform is
Handform captures samples of your handwriting and renders text using those samples. It can also read a document you upload and draft answers for it.
You are responsible for what you submit anywhere. Handform drafts; it does not check whether submitting the result is permitted by your school, teacher, or institution. Review everything before you use it.
Your account
You need an account for cloud saving and paid features. Keep your password to yourself. You must be 13 or older to create one; if you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian to agree to these terms.
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account. Deletion removes your letter banks, your membership record, and your sign-in from our systems, and cannot be undone.
Plans and payment
Free includes handwriting capture, local bank backups, and three AI pages with completed PDF downloads. Installable font downloads require active Studio Plus. Previously downloaded fonts stay yours. Further AI generation requires an available server-granted allowance or subscription. Existing files and manually entered work remain downloadable without a plan.
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. New subscribers can receive a launch offer: Student is $4.99 for the first month, then $9.99 per month; Studio Plus is $14.99 for the first month, then $24.99 per month. Student Year is $99.99 charged at checkout and each year until canceled, with 100 AI pages per monthly cycle; unused pages do not roll over. Student/free pages include one AI revision per generated page, Plus includes three, and further revisions use one AI page. The first payment is due at checkout. This replaces the card-required trial for new subscribers; existing subscriptions and trials retain their agreed terms. The exact price and recurring charge are shown before purchase.
Subscriptions are currently purchased and managed through Stripe. Handform does not currently offer Apple in-app purchases. Card details go directly to Stripe.
What you may not do
Upload documents you have no right to upload, or anyone else’s handwriting without their permission.
Resell, redistribute, or automate access to Handform, or attempt to extract the service’s models or code.
Your content
Your handwriting, your documents, and your letter banks stay yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process them so the product works for you.
Files you have already downloaded remain yours after you cancel or delete your account.
No warranty, and limits
Drafted answers can be wrong. Handform is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
